White Canvas Editor does not collect, log, or store personal information through normal use. Registration is not required, precise location is not collected, and no personal data is shared with third parties.

This Privacy Policy applies to the White Canvas Editor mobile application and related services operated by Drab s. r. o. (the “Application”). Drab s. r. o. is referred to below as the “Service Provider”.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted to facilitate network connectivity, but this data is not retained or used for tracking.

The Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.

Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, no such data is shared with third parties.
Data Retention
Drab s. r. o. does not retain personal information collected through normal use of White Canvas Editor because the Application does not collect, log, or store such information.
There is therefore no routine server-side retention period for personal information generated through ordinary use of the Application.
If you voluntarily contact the Service Provider or provide information by another means, that information may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, provide support, or comply with applicable legal obligations.
Data Deletion
Because White Canvas Editor does not collect or store personal information through normal use, there is no routine personal-data database associated with your use of the Application that must be deleted from Service Provider systems.
Uninstalling the Application removes the Application from your device.
If you voluntarily provided information directly to Drab s. r. o., you may request deletion of that information by contacting support@drab.ink.
Opt-out rights
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, there is no routine personal-data collection from which you need to opt out. You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal information from children or market to them.
If personal information is voluntarily provided by other means by a person under the applicable age threshold, a parent or guardian must provide consent where required by law.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of personal-data exposure from Application use is limited. No security system is completely secure, and the Service Provider applies reasonable safeguards to systems and any information it directly holds.
Data Breach Notification
Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a breach affecting such data is minimal. If a breach occurs involving information you voluntarily provided directly to the Service Provider, notification will be made where required by applicable law.

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page together with an updated effective date. Where required by law, additional notice or consent will be provided.
Your Consent
If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
